Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
